About the Far Infrared Light (FIR)
Far Infrared (FIR)
Infrared is a type of light with special wavelength emitted by the sun. FIR waves are the safest and the most beneficial among the rays arriving from the sun.
The infrared HEAT is alike the heat coming from the sun – or the heat generated by our body to keep us warm. These rays are absorbed separately by the tissues to promote their overperformance. The internal generation of infrared – which, in a normal case, occurs in our tissues – is associated with healing sources. If we raise the energy level of a tissue to the maximum, the rest of the rays can travel on unobstructed.
When FIR rays penetrate our body, they transform into required energy. This activates the self-regulatory system in our living tissues to reduce the imbalance in(side) the body and to lead to recovery. This can be advantageous not only in health therapy, but can also be applied as a replacement of other therapeutic methods.
What are its effects?
- It raises the temperature in layers beneath the skin, thus widens the blood vessels and improves blood circulation, increases metabolism rate between blood and tissues, promotes tissue regeneration and relieves unwanted spasms.
- It penetrates the skin to 4-5 cm in depth from muscles to blood vessels, lymph nodes and nerves. It stimulates enzymatic activity.
- It affects every living cell and produces warmth. Because of micro-friction of cell tissues and due to molecular vibration, chemical substances inside the cells are activated.
- Its warming effect helps remove toxins accumulated during intercourse with heavy metals and toxic substances, which are then excreted through sweat and fat glands.
- It regulates functioning of the vegetative nervous system and reduces overstimulation of sensory nerves.
